Jordan Reyes

Jordan has spent over a decade designing systems that help startups move faster, scale smarter, and avoid common pitfalls. Before joining VentureCapital, he was Head of Founder Experience at First Round Capital, where he built some of the most respected founder programs in the industry — including their hiring pipeline engine, tactical content library, and private founder–operator networks.

He began his career in product marketing and ecosystem design, working across both SaaS and community-centric platforms. He’s equal parts strategist and builder, and he brings calm, clear execution to fast-moving teams.

At VentureCapital, Jordan runs the Platform function — supporting portfolio companies across hiring, fundraising, distribution, and operational scaling. He also manages the firm’s internal tools and external expert networks, giving founders real leverage when it counts. Whether it’s finding your first PM, refining your onboarding doc, or prepping for a Series A — Jordan’s the one you call.
